  • Green Sencha Tea - This antioxidant rich tea will not only help increase the production of detoxification properties but will also boost the immune system helping to protect your liver.

    Yarrow - (Achillea millefolium) - Yarrow helps support healthy blood flow by normalizing circulation. It protects the liver and gallbladder and supports the immune system.

    Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) - Milk Thistle’s active ingredient Silymarin acts as an antioxidant by keeping toxins from attaching to liver cells. It also eases inflammation and promotes cell repair.

    Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) - A great immune booster, Elderberries also reduce liver inflammation and is said to improve HDL function.

    Rosehips (Rosa canina) - Containing high levels of vitamin C, rosehips also normalize the function of the kidneys and liver helping to prevent gastrointestinal diseases.

    Turmeric (Curcuma longa) - A strong anti inflammatory and detox agent for the liver, Turmeric helps rid the body of toxins therefore reducing the risk of liver disease.

    Lemon Peel (Citrus limon) - Lemon peel stimulates phase 2 of a liver detox, which is an integral step in the body’s ability to rid itself of toxins.

  • Shake package well. Add 1 heaping teaspoon to a tea bag or strainer per one cup of boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking.
